Kerri joined JRA in 2001. During her career Kerri has been actively involved in all aspects of her projects, taking them from inception through to completion and she has gained experience on residential, commercial and leisure projects. On joining JRA, Kerri was project architect on a housing scheme in St John’s Wood where she was responsible for statutory negotiation, technical detailing and site based co-ordination. Later, she moved into other major refurbishment projects including 190 High Holborn and 10 Queen Street Place, leading on brief, design development and client liaison.
Kerri’s expertise is in complex refurbishment projects within the commercial sector, specialising in restoring tired buildings to modern standards both in terms of working environments and environmental best practice. Recent projects that Kerri has led include Saipem Headquarters, consolidating the UK offices into one large refurbished flagship headquarters and One Southampton Street, a neo-classical building brought up to modern specification.
