A competition for a prominent waterside site in Copenhagen’s South Harbour regeneration area gave JRA an opportunity to explore high density urban living. JRA’s proposal suggested how the development could create a congenial locality within the broader urban context, as well as a variety of desirable apartments, each orientated to maximise sunlight and views.
