Gordon & Gunton’s impressive curved façade sets a standard, argued JRA, for the whole site. That allowed them to build up to the same height at the rear, increasing the area to 26,000sqm, setting the pattern to create large, efficient and flexible floorplates around new atria and a few preserved original features.
