120 Holborn is a distinctive mixed use scheme situated on Holborn Circus. Originally designed by Richard Seifert and completed in 1979, the building has been upgraded to a high standard providing exceptional office space in one of the best locations in Central London.

JRA was commissioned by Zebulon to remodel the entrance and improve the building’s street presence, incorporate cyclist facilities into the basement, and re-configure and update the office accommodation arranged over nine floors.
