10 Salisbury Square Shortlisted for NLA Awards – Retrofit Unbuilt

We’re delighted that 10 Salisbury Square has been shortlisted for the NLA Awards in the Retrofit – Unbuilt category. Demonstrating the art of the retrofit possible, the design uses targeted intervention to unlock transformational change and create a distinctive sense of place:

-A new identity created with a simple whitewash treatment on the existing brick façade.

- Carefully positioned extensions maximise development potential with 20% additional area, while maintaining heritage views.

-A new four-storey oriel window creating exceptional close-up views of Grade I listed St Bride’s Church.

- A transformed St Bride’s Courtyard providing new biodiverse, climate-resilient public space for the community.

The result is a highly differentiated workplace proposition that commands attention in a competitive office market.

Winners will be announced at the NLA Awards Lunch at Guildhall on 19 November. We look forward to celebrating with the other shortlisted teams.
