20 Gresham Street featured as a building study in Architect’s Journal
Our recently completed refurbishment project, 20 Gresham Street, has been featured as a building study in Architect’s Journal.
The project repositions a 2008 City office building into a best-in-class workplace, combining high-quality design with enhanced performance and user experience.
The transformation centres on a reimagined arrival space, where a series of carefully curated architectural interventions and creative collaborations create a warm, hospitality-led environment, reinvigorating previously underused spaces and unlocking the building’s full potential.
Inspired by the building’s material identity, bespoke travertine sculptural seating and a crafted reception desk introduce a strong visual language while supporting interaction.
Enhanced end-of-trip facilities promote active commuting, while 5,852m² of upgraded CAT A office space offers flexibility for future tenants. With significant reuse of existing materials alongside creative and practical new interventions, the project delivers a future-ready workplace rooted in context and longevity.
