In a conscious shift towards prioritising reuse, the recently completed project reimagines the reception as a welcoming, gallery-like space through layered interventions, sculptural art, and a refined material palette. Alongside wider architectural upgrades, enhanced amenities, and flexible office floors, it demonstrates how thoughtful refurbishment can reduce CAT A waste while delivering contextually grounded outcomes.
