Retrofit in practice: Taking a retrofit approach at The Northcliffe allowed us to reduce C02 emissions by 64%. Adaptive re-use practices give new life to existing buildings, while preserving the environment and a cities heritage. We are looking to the future by re-envisioning the past, designing places for people to be happier and healthier for generations to come.
