JRA Delivers CAT A+ Refurbishment at 9A Devonshire Square

JRA have recently delivered the CAT A+ refurbishment of the 4th floor at 9A Devonshire Square for Nuveen Global.

Set within a Grade II listed former East India Company warehouse, the project carefully reveals and celebrates the building’s historic fabric - exposed timber beams, steel columns and original brickwork - while introducing a modern, flexible workplace.

The refurbished floor provides a functional and flexible office environment, including workspace, meeting facilities, and shared amenities, designed to support collaboration and day-to-day operations.

The scheme revitalises the 18th-century building, ensuring it remains fit for contemporary use.
