JRA Hosts University of Westminster Students at Daniel House

Talks   27th February 2026

Last week, JRA Architect Waj Dadabhoy invited 20 of her second-year students from the University of Westminster, who are studying Architectural Technology, on a tour of our 135 Fleet Street project, part of our Peterborough Court campus development, which is heading towards Practical Completion later this year.

135 Fleet Street is a spectacular Listed and heritage building, which once housed the Daily Telegraph, and is being redeveloped to include modern offices and a vibrant F&B offering across the upper three levels to include a theatrical open-flame grill restaurant, alongside a breathtaking rooftop pavilion bar with views across London.

During the tour, our Client Representative and Development Manager, Phillip Bennison of Intense Capital shared his insights into the journey explaining how the design developed across the RIBA stages from initial client briefing, planning, and building control to buildability on site, giving the students a firsthand look at the interesting challenges faced in transforming and repositioning historic buildings for modern use.
