JRA's Revitalisation of 30-31 Golden Square featured by Architects' Journal
JRA has completed the revitalisation of 30 Golden Square, a large office building located on the prominent, historic square in the Soho Conservation area for Aviva Investors. The successful project has been featured by Architects’ Journal, find out more here.
The team’s interventions increased the office space by 14% and created a series of outdoor spaces behind an elegant renewed façade, including an expansive roof terrace with panoramic views of central London. The contemporary hospitality style entrance draws on the site’s rich history of television and film and there are a host of end of trip amenities. The completed building spans 2,880m2 of boutique style, modern offices. It achieved BREEAM Excellent and is WELL Platinum enabled.
The project is exemplary of JRA’s ability to renew building’s identities with respect to their urban context, users, and the planet.
