One Great St Helen's shortlisted for BCO Award

We’re thrilled to share that our project, One Great St Helen’s, has been shortlisted for the BCO Regional Awards, in the Recycled/Refurbished category. The building was originally completed in 1998 and designed by JRA for Greycoat. In 2025, JRA refurbished and extended the building – one of the practice’s early office landmarks in the City of London’s Eastern Cluster, adjacent to the St Helen’s Conservation Area, an area that has changed dramatically over the past 30 years. The design team has upgraded the 4,500 m² building to contemporary standards by adding two additional storeys, reconfiguring the entrance, and delivering renewed CAT A finishes throughout. JRA has also introduced a suite of new amenities and significantly enhanced the building’s sustainability performance.

In 2000, the project won the BCO Award for Best Commercial Office in the Southeast region. Twenty-five years later, it has been shortlisted once again.
