Planning Granted: 10 Salisbury Square
Press 28th January 2026
We’re delighted to share that full planning consent has been granted by the City of London for the sensitive and low-carbon transformation of 10 Salisbury Square, a landmark site within the City’s emerging Justice Quarter.
In addition to the retention of over 90% of the existing structure, St Bride´s House is used as its own material bank. Salvaged components of the existing façade are repurposed to extend the building and maximise existing window sizes.
As the inaugural development for Original Works, a joint venture between Simten and Invesco Real Estate Europe Fund III, the project demonstrates our long-standing commitment to sustainable, innovative and heritage-led city-making.
