Topping out at Minerva House

We’re proud to have celebrated the topping out of The Delft, SE1, also known as Minerva House, this week, a key milestone in this transformative project we’re delivering with GPE.

As Executive Architect, JRA is playing a central role in the refurbishment of this prominent 1980s riverside building into a modern, sustainable workspace in the heart of Southwark. The redevelopment includes three new storeys, cascading terraces, retail, affordable workspace, and a new public realm, all targeting top accreditations including BREEAM Excellent, WELL Gold, NABERS 5*, and WiredScore Platinum.

Huge thanks to the entire team, GPE, Morrisroe, Multiplex, Opera, Heyne Tillet Steel, Hoare Lea, Gardiner & Theobald, Townshend Landscape Architects, DP9, Southwark Council, Arup, and Goddard Consulting for getting us to this stage successfully. We’re excited to move into the next phase - more to come as Minerva House continues to take shape ahead of its 2027 completion!
