AJ120

Last night, members from the John Robertson Architects team joined in the celebrations at the Tower of London to honour the biggest architectural firms in Britain at the AJ120 Member’s Dinner and Awards.

To commemorate the twentieth year that the AJ100 survey has been running, as well as marking the 120th year of the AJ itself, the AJ100 survey was extended to the 120 largest practices in the UK, for one year only.

JRA are delighted to be placed in the top UK practices for the fourth year running, moving up the rankings by 25 places to reach 57th in the country. This accolade highlights the progress that the practice has made over the last year as JRA continues to grow both in the UK and overseas.

The Architects’ Journal noted JRA’s growth, with 30 additional staff members in one year and a number of notable projects reaching completion, including Aldwych Quarter, former home to the BBC World Service. JRA were recognised for developments in BIM and expansion in the interior design and residential sectors, areas of focus for the coming year.

The Architects’ Journal publishes the shortlist each year according to the number of UK ARB registered architects employed.
