Building 9, Devonshire Square featured in Architect’s Journal

JRA’s refurbishment of Building 9, a 7,300sqm grade II listed office building within the Devonshire Square Estate, located in the City of London is featured in the Architect’s Journal.

This is JRA’s third project within the Devonshire Square Estate. We created a new boutique reception on the ground floor that features a rich palette of materials and bespoke artwork. The office accommodation was brought up to CAT A standard across levels one, two, three and five. The designs capitalised on the original brickwork and period warehouse features, taking cues from the building’s 18th century heritage and the wider estate.
