Bureau Building Shortlisted for BCO Award

JRA’s Bureau building has been shortlisted for a British Council for Offices award in the Recycled Workplace category. Situated at 90 Fetter Lane, the refurbished office building provides 7,100m2 of lettable space plus a new double height entrance hall and three new terraces.

JRA’s focus throughout the project was to transform the original 1980s building into a high-tech addition to the City of London which has user experience at its centre. The BCO Award shortlisting reinforces the success of the project, with the judging team stating its primary objectives as recognising top quality design and functionality, and as a benchmark for excellence in workplaces.
