JRA has been appointed Monitoring Architect at Exchange Square, Broadgate
JRA has been appointed Monitoring Architect at Exchange Square. Situated next to Liverpool Street Station, the Exchange Square project will transform the site into a major open space spanning 1.5 acres and feature landscaping, a water feature, a restaurant and an events venue.
The project has been designed by DSDHA for developer British Land. As Monitoring Architect, JRA will be responsible for liaising with teams on the project, reviewing technical documents and ensuring the compliance of works on behalf of the client.
The project is due for completion in 2021.
