JRA Wins BIM Project of the Year at Graphisoft Awards

JRA has won BIM Project of the Year for Bracken House at the 2019 Graphisoft Awards. Bracken House is a repositioned historic office building in the City of London, occupied by the Financial Times as their new headquarters. Our team used BIM to assist with the design coordination and to manage clash detection, as well as in anticipation of any future maintenance.

The awards celebrated the success of projects using ARCHICAD software and this was the second year JRA has won the accolade of BIM Project of the Year. In 2018 we were recognised for our office development 33 King William Street, a new build project for client HB Reavis which has subsequently been bought by the bank Wells Fargo as their HQ.

Our practice has an ongoing commitment to BIM and is aligned with the governments BIM Level 2 standards, continuously striving to stay at the forefront of digital architectural design.

The result was announced at the annual ArchiCAD Conference on 15 May.
