JRA Wins the BREEAM Professional Champions Award

JRA is delighted to have won the Professional Champions Awards for Architects at last night’s BREEAM Awards. The award recognises architectural practices and M&E consultancies who achieve consistently high performance and positive results.

As a practice, JRA continues to develop previous achievements and is committed to pushing the boundaries of sustainable design. We have consistently encouraged our clients to pursue BREEAM certification, championing it for over ten years and achieving high BREEAM ratings across a wide range of projects.

JRA is proud to have nine current projects certified or seeking certification, including seven projects certified ‘Excellent’ across commercial and retail uses and at the pre-assessment phase, our commercial developments Procession House and Farringdon West are targeting ‘Excellent’ and ‘Outstanding’ certifications respectively.

Key projects in the last year where we have achieved exemplary BREEAM results are 33 King William Street, Academy House, and Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane.
