JRA's Capital Idea

JRA’s Capital Idea

JRA’s architect Yiannis Proestos will be presenting his ‘Capital Idea’ for the launch of New London Architecture’s NextGen programme of events, targeted at championing the next generation of architectural talent.

Yiannis is a newly qualified architect who has led a team in a national design competition for Barratt Homes and The Architects’ Journal, lectured at London Metropolitan University and been shortlisted by The AJ and Curtins as one of 2015s Inspiring Graduates of the Year.

On Wednesday 11th May, he will take part in the talks alongside other architects, urban designers and directors, in the fast paced petcha kucha format of 20 images, each shown for 20 seconds. His Capital Idea will focus on his designs for new ways of living and building within our densely populated city, whilst still having an environment that enables space and reflection.

Due to popularity, the event is now fully booked. To keep up with all the speakers during the event, follow @JRArchitectson twitter where we will be live tweeting the talks from 6.30pm.
