Lena Torchikova

Lena joined John Robertson Architects in 2021 as Practice Manager, following 13 years’ experience in architectural practice management at a number of design studios in the UK and internationally. She has extensive knowledge of Financial Management, Human Resources, Public Relations and Quality Management Systems for the creative design sector.

At JRA, Lena works with the Board Directors to manage the practice and oversees the business support team.

Lena is also currently working towards a CIMA qualification, building on her background in business management and finance.
