JRA is transforming the property into a premium office development through a comprehensive refurbishment. The entrance and reception area will undergo a substantial redesign to improve the arrival experience. The entrance will be significantly enhanced with new revolving doors, while a pass door will be added for accessibility. Inside, the reception area will feature a new, relocated reception desk and updated speed gates.
