Harcourt House is a refurbishment project located at 19 Cavendish Square in Marylebone. The Grade II listed building has been redeveloped to provide 25 luxury flats together with a medical center occupied by Royal Marsden. JRA was employed by Centreland to review the design information for all architectural elements throughout the project, notifying the client of site progress and quality of materials and construction. JRA also reviewed samples and benchmarks presented by the contractor. The scheme was designed by Darling Associates for Harcourt House Development Limited.
