JRA’s designs at 120 Fleet Street balanced embodying the dynamism of an American investment bank with efficient construction. The result was a distinctive building with a form that weaves into the surrounding fabric as discreetly as possible. 120 Fleet Street offered a fitness centre, surgery, crèche, vast food court and conference suite as well as dealing floors, cellular and open plan office space within its 45,000sqm area.
The building was acquired by Chinese Estates in 2011 and demolished in 2022.
