10 Fenchurch Street, London EC3

Client: Bellhouse Joseph Developments / Standard Life Investments

10 Fenchurch Street is a prominent ten storey office and retail building built in 1983 to a design from the office of Denys Lasdun, Redhouse and Softley. JRA refurbished the building for Bellhouse Joseph Developments and Standard Life Investments.

JRA preserved the sophisticated original design of 10 Fenchurch Street whilst making the most of its prominent location by relocating the entrance and reception to the center of its Fenchurch Street façade and creating additional retail space at ground level. The total area of the building was increased by 1,750m2 by adding a further two and a half floors of office space, and the existing office space was brought up to contemporary standards.
