Client: Berkeley Square Holdings
41 Berkeley Square is a Grade II Listed office building located on the corner of Berkeley Square and Hill Street in the heart of the Mayfair Conservation Area. JRA refurbished the building for Berkeley Square Holdings.
The building comprises basement level with external vaults, ground floor, and four upper storeys and had previously been reconstructed behind a retained facade in the 1980s. JRA restored the external stucco elevations and created a new entrance hall with access from Hill Street in keeping with the Georgian frontage. Internally, JRA introduced clear space planning and high quality contemporary finishes to the reception and lift lobby, as well as retrofitting the office spaces across the six floors.
The refurbishment has also been enhanced in terms of sustainability, and offers full cyclist facilities, including storage and showers for occupiers.
