One Westferry Circus, London E14

JRA was commissioned by PPF Real Estate to modernise 1 Westferry Circus in Canary Wharf, a 10-storey office building erected in 1990 by SOM, comprising over 20,000sqm of office and ancillary space.

The scheme involved the renovation of the main entrance, atrium reception & lift lobbies along with 5 floors of CAT- A office space to provide greater flexibility and higher density occupation.  New Cycling and ‘End of Trip’ changing facilities have been provided in the lower ground floor and services modernised throughout to provide increased fresh air supply to the floorplates considering Covid-safe working practices.

The project was completed in 2021.
