The Spice Building, Devonshire Square is a nine storey office building originally designed by Richard Seifert & Partners and constructed in 1978. JRA has repositioned the building as part of an estate wide masterplan, key improvements include a redesigned high quality entrance, a conversion to the ninth floor creating additional office space and new terraces at roof level, providing an amenity for tenants and views across the city. The improvements maximise value, providing office accommodation to a BCO specification and achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’.

The Spice Building forms part of the Devonshire Square Estate set in the eastern edge of the City of London which comprises a combination of Grade II Listed and 1980s office buildings.
