Topping Out at 25–27 St George Street: A Milestone in Mayfair’s Sustainable Workplace Transformation

Yesterday, we celebrated the topping out of 25–27 St George Street, marking an important milestone in the project’s progress towards completion in early 2027.

Located within the Mayfair Conservation Area, the project reimagines an existing building through a comprehensive refurbishment and extension, delivering approximately 57,000 sq ft of Grade A workspace across eight floors. A distinctive two-storey mass timber addition crowns the building, expressing a commitment to sustainable design and innovation.
